We’re looking to add a driven, detail-oriented, relationship-focused professional to our team.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all newly-won installation projects and distribute necessary follow-up tasks to appropriate staff.
  • Ensure customer files are complete for all projects.
  • Set re-measuring appointments with clients and coordinate with sales agents and the operations manager.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Oversee payments and control expenses by receiving processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices as head of accounts payable.
